MY FREAKING HOLOSUN EPS CARRY RETICLE STUCK - HELP!

Okay guys, You won't believe this having a major issue with this Holosun EPS Carry. The reticle is completely read more frozen. I've tried everything - taking it apart, cleaning it, adjusting the settings, but nothing seems to work. It's like it's seized up or something. Has anyone else ever experienced this problem? Any tips on how to fix it would
